"Our mission is to be a trusted technology ecosystem partner in the Middle East — helping independent software vendors grow their commercial sales by making the most of the global cloud hyperscaler networks."
Across the Gulf, a growing class of independent software vendors can build genuinely good products — but lose months, and momentum, navigating the gap between a working product and a solution that sells at scale: hyperscaler process and groundwork — and then the harder problem of building support among sellers, partners and customers.
Venture Foundry was founded to absorb that work. We operate as an execution layer, not an advisory desk — onboarding, go-to-market, partners, pipeline and visibility, delivered directly, so founders can stay focused on product and customers.
We sit structurally adjacent to venture capital, functioning as both a pre-portfolio funnel and an ongoing operational partner: startups and ISVs arrive ready to sell faster, and capital partners gain earlier visibility into commercially active companies.
Incorporated in the Sharjah Media City (SHAMS) Free Zone, the model is built platform-neutral from day one — and built to work with many capital partners, not one.
Venture Foundry runs lean by design — every engagement is led directly by the co-founders, drawing on a combined 40+ years inside the hyperscaler and partner ecosystem.
Hyperscaler Cloud Specialist · Migration & Security Strategist
James spent more than ten years inside a global hyperscaler as a Senior Cloud Specialist, driving cloud growth, governance and AI solutions across the UAE. He secured multi-year cloud commitment contracts and millions of dollars in cloud funding for major regional enterprises, working hand in hand with partners so that customers, partners and platforms all came out ahead. That consistency built trust: he is known as a mentor to many ISVs, founders and startups, helping them turn good products into growing businesses.
Earlier in his career he led cloud transformation and solution architecture for Qatar's largest cloud customers, and held cloud and data-centre leadership roles spanning hybrid cloud delivery, partner enablement and executive advisory across the Middle East. That decade-plus immersion in the partner and ISV side of the hyperscaler ecosystem now anchors Venture Foundry's operational playbook.
Global Partner & Alliances Leader · 30+ Years in Channel & Cloud
Kevin brings more than three decades of partner management, business development and channel leadership to Venture Foundry, including almost twenty years inside a global hyperscaler spanning roles as Global Partner Manager and Global ISV Lead for the Middle East & Africa — building and executing the strategies that took partner cloud solutions to market across the region.
His background spans database, business intelligence, data & AI and cloud platforms, including work designing go-to-market strategy for some of the hyperscaler's top global solution partners. He continues to advise on partnerships and growth strategy across multiple ventures, bringing that same partner-first discipline to every ISV relationship Venture Foundry builds.
We do the work alongside you — we don't hand over a slide deck and wish you luck.
Our playbooks work across the major hyperscalers, so a change in any one programme need not strand a client.
Every engagement runs through clear written agreements, built for institutional capital.
Groundwork first, then launch, then pipeline. The order is the strategy.
Venture Foundry trades as VF Advisory LLC, a limited liability company incorporated in the Sharjah Media City (SHAMS) Free Zone, UAE. Each engagement is set out in written terms agreed with the client.
Every service we deliver is technical, operational, commercial or advisory in nature — marketplace architecture, channel enablement, pipeline and visibility work — never financial services or investment advice.
A short call is usually enough to know whether your ISV is ready for Tier 1 — and what to fix first if it isn't.
